Slot availability: please check before booking a place
Friday: Shooting will start at 3pm with confetti cannons on the golden target on the bottom field. We will also run a National competition from 15:30 towards a classification. The sound-activated Disco target face will be used from around 10pm.
Saturday: 24 hour shooting will continue until 3pm. Family, friends and colleagues can join in from 10am to 5pm with Have-A-Go or Archery Tag (with a couple of breaks!).
This 24 hour sheet event is open to individuals affiliated to Archery GB or a World Archery member association. For none SAC members, please bring proof of membership (e.g. Archery GB membership card). As this is a charity event, we will not be able to issue refunds.

Archery GB Rules of Shooting will apply only to archers participating in the event or shooting as normal on the field. Only clothing in compliance with Rule 307 will be permitted. Blue Denim, Olive Drab and Camouflage are not allowed.
The tournament organisers have the right to exclude any persons from the field for unreasonable behaviour. The event organisers are responsible for the safe conduct of the shoot at all times and the judge / field captain's decision is final and must be obeyed.
Friday: For event archers, at around17:30 we will have pizza delivered, accompanied by sunset drinks at around 9pm.
Saturday: We will do a McDonalds delivery at 05:00 for overnight archers. Bacon butties at 09:30am available to all, BBQ will be around 12:00. We hope to have an ice cream van too.
Hot and cold drinks will be available to archers throughout the shoot, with a small fee (for the charity) for other items.
Various information may be collected and shared with Tournament Organisers, Judges, scoring systems and other competitors. Please find further details at www.southamptonarcheryclub.org/privacy
Any person, whether archer or visitor, intending to take photographs, either still or video, are required to register their intention with the Tournament Organiser. Entrants bringing visitors to the tournament are asked to make them aware of this requirement. Please note we may have local news photographers present.
There will be clearly marked designated walkways at this event that need to be kept clear.
Anyone Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping, will be asked politely to move to the car park. Please do not leave cigarette ends and rubbish anywhere on the grounds.
Tents are permitted for this event.
All cars must be parked in the designated car park, no cars are allowed on the tournament field. Please note on the entry form if you require a disabled parking space.
M27 heading East, leave at Junction 5 then take 1st exit at the roundabout signposted to The Concorde Club & Hotel.
M27 heading West, leave at Junction 5 then take 3rd exit at the roundabout signposted to The Concorde Club & Hotel.
At the next roundabout take the 1st exit and then take the 1st left onto Stoneham Lane. After about 600 yards, turn right immediately before the motorway bridge, signposted to Southampton Archery Club. Southampton Archery Club is about 600 yards on the left.
