30m Floodlit Frostbite (3 dozen arrow, 80cm face, 10-zone scoring)
All ages and bow types. Trophy and medal to 1st place, medals to 2nd and 3rd Lady, Gentleman, Junior Lady & Junior Gent shooting Recurve, Barebow, Compound & Longbow.
Please note: This competition will run on the planned date of 22nd February 2025 unless there is really bad weather, when we'll move it to our backup date of 1st March 2025.
Eligibility
& VIPs
This competition is open to individuals affiliated to Archery GB, World Archery member association or Southampton Archery Club. Please bring proof of membership (eg Archery GB membership card). Refunds will not be available after the closing date unless the shoot is cancelled and are otherwise at the discretion of the Tournament Organisers.

Rules
Archery GB Rules of Shooting will apply. Rule 307 will not be enforced, please dress warmly and bring something to sit on. The Tournament Organisers have the right to exclude any persons from the field for unreasonable behaviour. The Chairman of Judges is responsible for the safe conduct of the shoot at all times, the Judge's decision is final and must be obeyed.
Any archer may be asked to complete a drugs test and must comply. Refusal will be treated as a positive result. Parents/guardians must authorise drugs testing of junior archers by signing the entry form.
Refreshments
& Food
Hot buffet before the shoot, please indicate any special dietary requirements. We may not be able to accommodate all requirements, but endeavour to do so where we can. Hot and cold refreshments will be provided for during the shoot for free, although we would welcome donations to the club charity.
Data Protection
Various information may be collected and shared with Tournament Organisers, Judges, scoring systems and other competitors. Target lists and results will be published online. Please find further details at www.southamptonarcheryclub.org/privacy
Photography
Any person, whether archer or visitor, intending to take photographs, either still or video, are required to register their intention with the Tournament Organiser. Entrants bringing visitors to the tournament are asked to make them aware of this requirement.
Walkways
& Smoking
There are no designated walkways at this event that need to be kept clear; however, if you are asked to move equipment for access, please comply with the request promptly. Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping, is ONLY permitted in the car park, not on the fields. Please do not leave cigarette ends and rubbish anywhere on the grounds.
Tents & Parking
Tents are not permitted for this event as we will be on the middle field. The range and pavilion will be accessible for if (when) it rains. All cars must be parked in the designated car park, no cars are allowed on the tournament field. Please note on the entry form if you require a disabled parking space.
Directions
M27 heading East, leave at Junction 5 then take 1st exit at the roundabout signposted to The Concorde Club & Hotel.
M27 heading West, leave at Junction 5 then take 3rd exit at the roundabout signposted to The Concorde Club & Hotel.
At the next roundabout take the 1st exit and then take the 1st left onto Stoneham Lane. After about 600 yards, turn right immediately before the motorway bridge, signposted to Southampton Archery Club. Southampton Archery Club is about 600 yards on the left.
